My favourite memories of French Creek were the wonderful children who attended the school. There was such a sense of community and the parents were very supportive. It was great that they were a regular presence in the school and felt comfortable coming in to volunteer in classrooms, to help with special events or to just visit. The staff was great and it was so nice to be part of a small school where everyone knew each other and worked together for the benefit of the students. Though I was there for only a short time, it is a very memorable time in my career.
